Emotions are powerful. They could impact your well being and health in positive and negative ways. Be aware of your emotions and learn to manage them is part of our process of prolonging health.


Emotions is as important as what you eat, or how you rest for reaching your maximum life span. Emotions are energy. More and better energy longest our life span. According to research studies, the healthiest and longest-lived people have several things in common. First, and most important, their lifestyle supports health and longevity. Second, they are an intrinsic vitality that emanates from them as a vibrancy of spirit, conveying a sense of superb physical health. They know how to protect, sustain, enliven, and regenerate their own inner source of energy.

Third, they have an indomitable spirit manifest in their personality as gratefulness and equanimity; this prevents the stresses of life from accumulating and talking a disastrous toll on their body, mind and emotions.

How do they do it?

They take care of their vital energy. Their lifestyle and diet, behavior and psycho-spiritual outlook, along with lifelong daily habits such walking, support the state of equilibrium in which longevity is possible.

Their bodies are in balance with their environment, their lifestyle and diet support positive genetic expression and minimize negative genetic expression; and they are free of all of late-onset degenerative diseases and cancer. In effect, their homeostasis is perfectly functioning.

Homeostasis is the overall equilibrium your body maintains between its internal environment and the external environment in order to survive, remain disease free, and produce offspring. It is the central mechanism that keeps us healthy and prevent senescence as we age.

  • Fear and fright - kidneys, urinary bladder, bones.

  • Joy - heart, mind, small intestine, blood vessels.

Remember, prevention is the key. You know the body more than anyone. Listen to it. Your emotions will indicate subtle imbalances long before a medical crisis occurs.
