It's all about energy. You need energy to be healthy, be productive and to enhance your interpersonal relationships. But, how could you supply that amount of energy?

It's simple, is your responsibility to increase your energy levels and maintain a healthy energy flow. You increase your energy levels according to how you eat, breathe and rest.
