Energy Research: Book Backstory Part 1

Last October 2018, as part of the research for my book, I went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, Arizona. I wanted to feel the energy in what is called energy vortex.

What is a vortex? A vortex (the proper grammatical form ‘vortices’ is rarely used) is thought to be swirling centers of energy that are conducive to healing, meditation and self-exploration. These are places where the earth seems especially alive with energy. Many people feel inspired, recharged or uplifted after visiting a vortex.

I visited the four best known Sedona vortexes: Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and Boynton Canyon—each radiates its own particular energy. A very interesting fact, was how the intensity of the energy varies depending on the amount of people around. I would recommend to experience it by yourself, or with someone that is in alignment with you.

I found people doing meditation, yoga or performing other rituals at vortex sites. I had the opportunity to practice meditation with my singing bowls. It was a very increidible experience. I was able to feel the energy and mainly I felt energy communion. I became one with it, and my body dance in its own frequency. I was fascinating.

Also, I visited the Grand Canyon. The energy there was very strong. but more disperse.

Next, stop.... Compostela, Spain - November 2018... Stay tune.
